1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the dbt22 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the dbt22 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services, games, betting activities, and promotional offers on the dbt22 platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in the permanent closure of all accounts, and funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dbt22 platform are processed securely. Our approved payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (all methods)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Typical Withdrawal Time: 5–30 minutes

4.2 Payment Methods

dbt22 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket only. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Members must transact from an account registered in their own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dbt22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply when using these bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳14,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → Total ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously while one bonus is active.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
• dbt22 reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

dbt22 has four VIP tiers. By playing regularly, members can progress to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all members when placing bets on dbt22.

6.1 General Betting Principles

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• A declared result may be considered void due to technical errors or factual mistakes.
• dbt22 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid out as a result of a system error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets are described as examples only; check the platform directly for specific match details, fixtures, or odds. Bets placed on a specific date or score will be settled according to the relevant rules.

6.3 Casino Games

Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which can be found within the game. All games offered on dbt22 are developed by reputable game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) and fair play is ensured.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbt22 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure.

• Any attempt to commit fraud, deception, or manipulation of the system.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of, or for the use of, a minor.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using bots or automated methods to use the platform.
• Attempting to withdraw funds deposited into an account without placing bets (money laundering).

8 Account Suspension & Closure

dbt22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If an account was created using false information.
• If age verification fails.
• In the case of an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

8.1 Self-Closing an Account

Any member who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. All eligible withdrawable funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
